At Public Pallet Liquidations, LLC, we are committed to providing reliable, efficient, and transparent shipping services for all wholesale liquidation pallet orders. Please review our shipping policy below for important details regarding order processing, freight delivery, and international shipments.

Order Processing Time

All pallet orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is confirmed and prepared for shipment, our logistics team coordinates freight pickup or delivery scheduling.

Processing times may vary during peak sales periods, high-volume pallet liquidation sales, or national holidays.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Public Pallet Liquidations, LLC ships nationwide across the United States.

Freight Shipping Method

Due to the size and weight of liquidation pallets, all orders are shipped via:

  • LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) Freight

  • Full Truckload Freight (for bulk orders)

  • Approved third-party freight carriers

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Number of pallets

  • Total weight

  • Liftgate requirements

  • Commercial vs. residential delivery

Delivery Requirements

To ensure smooth delivery:

  • Commercial addresses with loading docks or forklifts are preferred.

  • Residential deliveries may require liftgate service (additional fees may apply).

  • Customers must ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the shipment upon delivery.

Delivery timeframes typically range between 3–10 business days, depending on destination and carrier availability.

Local Pickup Option

Customers may arrange warehouse pickup by appointment.

  • Pickup appointments must be scheduled in advance.

  • A valid ID and order confirmation are required.

  • Customers are responsible for providing proper transportation and securing their load.

Please contact our team to confirm pickup availability and scheduling instructions.

Shipping Costs & Quotes

Shipping is not automatically included unless explicitly stated. Freight quotes are:

  • Calculated based on delivery zip/postal code

  • Shipping cost provided on Proforma Invoice prior agreement with client

  • Subject to carrier rate fluctuations

We strive to provide competitive freight pricing through trusted carrier partnerships.

Damaged Shipments

All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery.

If damage is visible:

  1. Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

  2. Take clear photos of the pallet and packaging.

  3. Notify Public Pallet Liquidations within 24 hours of delivery.

Failure to document damage at delivery may affect freight claims eligibility.

Shipping Delays

While we work with reliable freight carriers, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier scheduling issues

  • Seasonal freight demand

  • Customs processing (international orders)

Public Pallet Liquidations, LLC is not responsible for carrier-related delays once freight has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Additional charges may apply if:

  • Delivery address is incorrect

  • Delivery type changes (residential vs. commercial)

  • Redelivery is required
